THE PROCESS:
The initial consultation is a discussion between owner and designer focusing on your needs, vision, budget and time frame. You may know exactly what you want or we can make a plan from scratch. We walk through each step with you to complete your project in your vision, in your budget and on time.

Space planning is developed by assessing your company's needs. We discuss departments, department relationships and client interaction to establish a functional plan. The floor plan is drawn to scale and shows furniture placement so you have a clear visual image of the size of the space and it's accommodations. Upon completion of the space plan, the design details are addressed. Space Planning is most efficient when the owner supplies floor plans of the existing space. If there are none available, Another Dimension prepares these documents prior to the space planning phase.

Interior Design is created with awareness of your budget and overall vision for the look of your space.  Your interior is thoroughly analyzed for a cohesive and dramatic design. This is accomplished by the creative vision of professionally trained designers and knowledge of materials. A strong emphasis will be on products that are appropriate for your facility that will hold up nicely over time. 

Construction Drawings are a detailed set of documents which are provided to the owner. These plans are helpful tools in negotiating with lending institutions and general contractors for bidding your project. This set will include the architectural dimensioned floor plan, electrical plan, reflected ceiling plan, detailed elevations of design features, and detail drawings of all built-in cabinetry and the finish schedule. These plans can be submitted to the city for review for code compliance and to Engineering professionals for review and recommendations on HVAC systems and any structural concerns.

Furniture and Accessories are selected corresponding to your style and budget. Another Dimension is an independent commercial furniture dealer. We present quotes based on the best furniture for your particular needs. Another Dimension is not under contract with a single manufacturer, which allows us greater flexibility with our sources. Because of our low overhead, we can pass on a substantial discount off of list price to you. The majority of the lines we sell have an in-town manufacturer's representative with over twenty years experience in commercial furniture, who can offer quick assistance if the need arises. The furniture is installed by Another Dimension's professional installation team. In order to manage costs, we schedule delivery directly to the job site. We coordinate with the freight companies on the arrival of each shipment, receive the goods, inspect each piece, and proceed with installation. All lines represented meet or exceed the highest standards of commercial furniture - ANSI/BIFMA

Owner Representation during the construction of your project allows you the freedom to focus on your business while Another Dimension works directly with the General Contractor during all phases until completion. Typically, the owner, designer and GC meet on a weekly basis to review all progress and concerns to keep the project on target.
